Rental Confirmation Deposit:
1) 25% or USD $400.00 (whichever is greater) rental confirmation deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
2) 50% rental confirmation deposit is required if arrival date is less than 90 days away.
3) 100% rental confirmation deposit plus a USD $115.00 departure cleaning fee, plus a USD $400.00 refundable security deposit is required if arrival date is less than 30 days away.

90 Day Deposit:
25% or amount required to bring deposit balance to 50% is required 90 days prior to arrival.

Remaining Rental Balance Deposit:
50% plus a USD $115.00 departure cleaning fee, plus a USD $400.00 refundable security deposit is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Security Deposit Note: USD $300.00 security deposit is held and refunded by vacation rental property owner after unit keys returned.

Check Payments: No Service Fees to LESSEE(S)
A 3% cash discount is offered on the rental portion of reservations for payments received by check (personal checks or bank drafts are accepted).

Person-to-Person Payments: No Service Fees to LESSEE(S)
To protect your financial information and enable you to make your deposit(s) timely, the security and convenience of Person-to-Person payments are accepted through PayPal, or no fee ZellePay (pending) participant banks.
Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover credit card payments, and e-Checks are accepted through PayPal.

 

Credit & Debit Card Payments Processed by PayPal: No Service Fees to LESSEE(S)
Credit Cards, and Debit Cards are accepted through the PayPal processing service, and having a PayPal account is not a requirement. You will receive a request for payment by e-mail and input your credit, or debit card information to make the required rental confirmation deposit, and any subsequent requests for payment will be sent to you as payments come due. With PayPal, your credit, or debit card information is not seen by the owner or manager.
