24 Hour Rental Offering Acceptance Period

Rental offering is valid for a period of 24 hours from e-mail date and time, after which it will be null and void, if not accepted and confirmed with the required rental confirmation deposit by Credit Card or Debit Card (request for payment sent), or by Person-to-Person PayPal, or ZellePay (pending).
  • No other rental agreements for LESSEE(S) timeframe will be made during the 24 HOUR "HOLD" period, after which the timeframe will be available for rental again, or immediately offered to another party that may be waiting in queue. During the hold period, your reservation rental dates will remain as available on various web site availability calendars.

Rental Confirmation Deposit

Reservations are not confirmed until the required rental confirmation deposit has been received by LESSOR.
Rental Confirmation deposit confirms that the terms of the Rental Agreement have been accepted by LESSEE(S).
  • Deposit of 25% or USD $400 (whichever is greater) is required to confirm a Direct-with-Owner Reservation.

  • Deposit of 50% or USD $400 (whichever is greater) is required to confirm a Direct-with-Owner Reservation made 90 days or less prior to arrival.

  • Deposit of 100% plus a USD $130 departure cleaning fee, plus a USD $400 refundable security deposit is required to confirm a Direct-with-Owner or On-Line Reservation made 30 days or less prior to arrival.

Payment & Balance Due

Failure to timely remit rental deposits as required, shall be grounds for immediate cancellation of Rental Agreement and the rental reservation without further notice, and complete forfeiture of all deposits already made.
  • 50% of the balance of a Direct-with-Owner Reservation is due 90 days prior to arrival. If the deposit is not collected 90 days prior to arrival date, LESSEE(S) is risking a cancellation with no refund.

  • Remaining balance plus a USD $130 departure cleaning fee, plus a USD $400 refundable security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival. Upon receipt of the remaining balance due, plus security deposit, keys to the unit will be mailed to LESSEE(S).

Security Deposit

A USD $400 refundable security deposit is required and is due along with remaining rental balance 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Security deposit is refundable less PayPal Fee after departure providing that there has been no damage or additional cleaning required to bring the unit back to its original condition, and keys sent to LESSEE(S) have been received back by LESSOR.

  • If damage has occurred, the security deposit will be held until cleaning or repairs have been fully completed. LESSOR will then return the unused portion of the security deposit in the same manner as it was received.

Departure Cleaning

A USD $130 deposit is required and is due along with remaining rental balance 30 days prior to arrival.
The departure cleaning fee that guests pay provides a basic departure cleaning.
Rental unit will be cleaned to quality standards after guest departure.
Please try to maintain the unit as if it were your own.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchen.

  • Light dusting.

  • Floors mopped and carpets vacuumed.

  • Washing, and drying of bed linens and towels guests used during the morning of the departure date, beds made, and towels placed in appropriate locations in the unit.

  • Initial supply of toilet tissue (1 roll in each bathroom), bar soap (1 bar in each bathroom), and garbage bags (I in each garbage pail).

  • If unit is found abnormally dirty at check-out, any additional cleaning charges from cleaning staff will be deducted from security deposit

Payment Options

  • Check Payments: No Service Fees to LESSEE(S)
    A 3% cash discount is offered on the rental portion of reservations for payments received by check (personal checks or bank drafts are accepted).
  • Credit & Debit Card Payments Processed by PayPal: No Service Fees to LESSEE(S)
    Credit Cards, and Debit Cards are accepted through the PayPal processing service, and having a PayPal account is not a requirement. You will receive a request for payment by e-mail and input your credit, or debit card information to make the required rental confirmation deposit, and any subsequent requests for payment will be sent to you as payments come due. With PayPal, your credit, or debit card information is not seen by the owner or manager.
    Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover credit card payments, and Debit Card payments are accepted through PayPal.
  • Person-to-Person Payments: No Service Fees to LESSEE(S)
    To protect your financial information and enable you to make your deposit(s) timely, the security and convenience of Person-to-Person payments are accepted through PayPal, or no fee ZellePay).
    Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover credit card payments, and e-Checks are accepted through PayPal.
  • PayPal Refunds: Service Fees to LESSEE(S)
    In the event of a refund situation for rental deposits or a security deposit, 100% of the PayPal Fees applicable to the original payment transaction will be deducted from the refund, as PayPal no longer refunds PayPal Fees paid on original transactions when a payment is refunded by a seller.

Reservation Cancellation Policy
Non-Negotiable

A cancellation request must be made by LESSEE(S) in writing and acknowledged by the LESSOR.

Guest Travel Restrictions: If there are TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS for domestic travel imposed by authorities during COVID-19, or any other declared worldwide pandemic, guests can cancel their original reservation and receive a 100% credit to rebook their reservation at the same property for a future date, a one-tine offer, and up to 12 months from the date of their original reservation arrival date.

Re-booking the reservation is the guest’s responsibility, and proof of travel restrictions must be provided.

If the credit is not used in its entirety during one future reservation, the guest may apply the remaining credit for a second reservation, but also must arrive and depart within 12 months of the original reservation arrival date. If the credit does not cover the future reservation total cost, the guest is responsible for paying the difference.

Reservations will be made on a “first come first serve” basis, and availability could become limited over time.
  • For reservations of less than 3 weeks: if a cancellation is made by LESSEE(S) more than 90 days prior to arrival date, a refund will be made minus a 15% cancellation fee, minus 100% PayPal Fees incurred receiving rental payments, as PayPal no longer refunds PayPal Fees on payment refunds.

  • In the event of a less than 90 days notification, all rental deposits by LESSEE(S) are forfeit.

  • No change in dates shortening the stay is allowed within 90 days from arrival date without loss of all deposits paid.

  • All deposits made on reservations for 3 weeks or more are non-refundable at anytime for any reason if cancelling.

Acts of Nature Policy
Non-Negotiable

Acts of Nature Policy is non-negotiable.
Refunds or rescheduling of rental due to inclement weather, tropical storms, hurricanes, red tide, or any other acts of nature are NOT OFFERED.
Under Florida law, establishments are not required to issue refunds for prepaid reservations unless rental cancellation terms state otherwise.
    Hurricanes:
  • In the event that the unit becomes unavailable or uninhabitable due to naturally occurring events or entities, such as severe weather conditions, hurricanes and mandatory evacuations, compensation is NOT OFFERED to non-arrivals or for early departures.

  • Any deposits and pre-paid rent will not be refundable, so it is highly recommended that travel/trip cancellation insurance is purchased to cover financial losses from cancellations.

  • Officially the Atlantic Hurricane season is June 1 to November 30th. However, the most probable time for hurricanes is from mid-September to mid-October.

  • Red Tide:
  • In the event that during your stay there is an occurrence of red tide, or red tide is present upon arrival, compensation is NOT OFFERED to non-arrivals or for early departures.

  • No compensation is offered for the inconvenience of red tide or similar poor water conditions on Crescent Beach in Siesta Key, or the surrounding areas (red tide is not usually covered by trip travel/trip cancellation insurance).

  • Symptoms from breathing red tide toxins in the air are normally coughing, sneezing, and itching and teary eyes, and the symptoms are usually temporary.

Arrival Date & Check-In Time

Check-in after 4:00 PM, with NO EXCEPTIONS.
NO REFUNDS are provided for late arrivals.
Luggage or groceries may not be brought up to the unit until the cleaning staff have departed the unit.
  • If LESSEE(S) arrive before 4:00 PM, and the unit has already been cleaned, they may enter the unit, otherwise, they must wait until the cleaning staff have finished cleaning and departed the unit.

  • LESSEE(S) may arrive as early as they like before 4:00 PM on their arrival date, and use the common areas on the Midnight Cove properties (tennis courts, pool, lounges and chairs, and bayside restrooms), until they can access Midnight Cove #532. The cleaner will be parked in the reserved unit parking space, so guests will have to park in a visitor space in front of the rental office, or by building #9. The bayside restrooms in the pool area are unlocked during pool hours, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Departure Date & Check-Out Time

Check-out before 10:00 AM, with NO EXCEPTIONS.
NO REFUNDS are provided for early departures.
  • During busy times, cleaning staff may arrive at 10:00 AM. If cleaning staff is unable to enter the unit because LESSEE(S) have not departed by 10:00 AM as required, there is a fee of USD $60 per hour, with a minimum of USD $30 charged.

  • After LESSEE(S) have departed the unit, they may remain on the Midnight Cove properties as late as they like, and use the common areas, but may not re-enter Midnight Cove #532, and must park their vehicle in one of the visitor parking spaces in front of the rental office, or by building #9 (visitor parking is on a first come first serve basis), and not in the Midnight Cove #532 reserved covered parking space. The bayside restrooms in the pool area are unlocked during pool hours, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Arrival & Departure Information

Upon receipt of remaining rental balance due, plus security deposit, a comprehensive Arrival & Departure information package will be sent by separate e-mail to LESSEE(S).
  • An advance opportunity to begin planning Florida sun vacation activities, including arrival and departure check lists, emergency contact information, what you should bring, property restrictions, and safety information.

Obtaining Keys

  • U.S. & Canadian Guests: Upon receipt of the remaining rental balance due, plus the security deposit, the keys to Midnight Cove #532 will be mailed to LESSEE(S) home address.

  • International & Last Minute Guests: Upon receipt of the remaining rental balance due, plus the security deposit, the combination to the Lock-Box on the front door frame of Midnight Cove #532 will be sent by separate e-mail to LESSEE(S). Take only 2 keys out of the Lock-Box, to prevent a lock-out situation.

Returning Keys

Security Deposit will not be returned until the keys have been returned to the LESSOR'S home address / to the Lock-Box after your departure.
  • U.S. & Canadian Guests: After departure, keys must be retuned promptly to the LESSOR’S home address. Ensure that the keys are adequately secured to firm backing in the envelope (in the same manner in which they were received), to prevent damage and/or loss due to postal processing equipment. Procrastination in return of the keys will result in future rentals being denied.

  • International & Last Minute Guests: At departure, keys must be returned to the Lock-Box.

Loss or Damage of Keys

3rd generation replacement keys made by guests are not acceptable, as they may not function properly.
  • Loss or damage of SC1 key(s) will result in the following fees that will be deducted from LESSEE(S) security deposit: USD $10 per key.

Security Gates Access

Upon receipt of remaining rental balance due, plus security deposit, the vehicle, and street and beach pedestrian gate access codes and instructions will be sent by separate e-mail to LESSEE(S).

Driving Directions

Upon receipt of remaining rental balance due, plus security deposit, driving directions from the 5 major airports in the surrounding area will be sent by separate e-mail to LESSEE(s).
  • From Sarasota-Bradenton Airport (SRQ): 10.5 miles or 22 minutes driving

  • From Tampa International Airport (TPA): 61.0 miles or 1 hour 13 minutes driving

  • From Fort Myers Southwest International Airport (RSW): 85.3 miles or 1 hour 21 minutes driving

  • From St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport (PIE): 53.5 miles or 1 hour 16 minutes driving

  • From Orlando International Airport (MCO): 139.9 miles or 2 hours 11 minutes driving


  • From Exit 205 on I-75

Parking & Car Passes

Upon receipt of remaining rental balance due, plus security deposit, car passes will be sent by separate e-mail to LESSEE(S).
  • There is an assigned, covered parking space for Midnight Cove #532, in front of building #5.

  • Any visitors that you may have during your stay may use the parking area in front of the rental office, or by building #9, and the vehicle must be registered with the rental office.

  • Visitor parking is on a first come first serve basis, and there is no guarantee of a parking space.

Occupancy & Rental Office Registration

Standard occupancy is 4 guests and maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Note that infants and children of all ages count as guests.
If the number in the party exceeds the maximum allowable as indicated above, LESSEE(S) will be subject to eviction and complete forfeiture of rental fees.
Midnight Cove rental office services are not available, as this rental is Direct-with-Owner.
  • Registration upon arrival is the only contact that LESSEE(S) are required to have with the Midnight Cove rental office.

  • LESSEE(S) are required by Florida State law to register at the Midnight Cove rental office upon arrival, or register on the next work day if they arrive after office hours or on the weekend. The rental office hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

  • LESSEE(S) must be an adult of 26 years of age or older, and must be occupying the unit.

  • Occupants under 26 years of age shall not occupy the unit unless a registered adult 26 years of age or older also occupies the unit. If this policy is violated, LESSEE(S) will be subject to eviction and complete forfeiture of rental fees.

  • No chaperoned parties or vacationing students are permitted and will be subject to immediate eviction and forfeiture of both rental fees and security deposit.

  • Reservations made under a false pretense will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of rental fees and security deposit.

Property Restrictions

  • Furniture: Rearranging of furniture is NOT ALLOWED in the unit or on the lanai. There is a zero tolerance for violation of this policy. If any furniture is rearranged, USD $400 Security Deposit will be forfeited.


  • Locked Areas: These areas are absolutely NOT INCLUDED in this rental. Any locked areas are reserved for the storage of the private property of the LESSOR. Entry into locked closets is prohibited and considered damage to property.

  • Pets: Pets are NOT ALLOWED in the unit or on the property. There is a zero tolerance for violation of this policy. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction, and the Rent Deposit and USD $400 Security Deposit will be forfeited. This fee returns the unit to non-pet status and covers the costs of steam-cleaning all bedspreads, upholstery and carpets, restoring the property to its original condition.

  • RV's, Trucks, Boats, Trailers, Motorcycles, or Motor Scooters: NOT ALLOWED on the property. LESSEE(S) is prohibited from parking boats, boat trailers, motorcycles, recreational vehicles or trucks in the parking areas.

  • Smoking: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED in the unit. There is a zero tolerance for violation of this policy. If smoking odor is detected in the unit, USD $400 Security Deposit will be forfeited. This fee returns the unit to non-smoking status and covers the costs of steam-cleaning all bedspreads, upholstery and carpets, restoring the property to its original condition.

  • Subletting: Subletting the unit is NOT permissible. LESSEE(S) is not allowed to turn over the keys to the unit to any other party that is not included on this agreement.

Emergency Contact & Lock-Outs

Keys removed from the Lock-Box must be returned to the Lock-Box.
  • In the event LESSEE(S) is locked out of the unit during the rental period, they can borrow a key by coming to the Midnight Cove rental office during business hours.

  • Should LESSEE(S) have a complete lock-out situation after business hours, there is a combination Lock-Box on the front door frame with keys to the unit in it. Contact the LESSOR to receive the combination and instructions on how to open the Lock-Box.

Damage Policy

LESSEE(S) will be held fully responsible for any damage done to the residence or any of its contents, item(s) replacement, or 100% of cost of repairs, any related costs and fees, and any necessary time spent by LESSOR as a result of the damage and actions of the LESSEE(S), their party, or visitors invited during their stay.
  • LESSEE(S) must report all damage, deficiencies, or malfunctions immediately to the LESSOR. As used herein, "Immediately" means within 24 hours of the damage to avoid additional cost and possibly further potential damage, and, in all cases, prior to check out.

Siesta Key & Sarasota Area Street Maps

Upon receipt of remaining rental balance due, plus security deposit, three maps will be sent by separate e-mail to LESSEE(S) so that first time visitors, and returning visitors to Siesta Key can more easily navigate the immediate area around Siesta Breakers.
  • Midnight Pass Road & Stickney Point Road Intersection and Area

  • Siesta Village Area

  • S Tamiami Trail & Stickney Point Road Intersection and Area

What’s Nearby Midnight Cove

Upon receipt of remaining rental balance due, plus security deposit, “What’s Nearby Midnight Cove” will be sent by separate e-mail to LESSEE(S).
  • Information on 42 immediate area businesses (street addresses, telephone numbers & web site addresses) will be provided so that guests can easily and quickly locate a nearby food store, rental businesses, restaurants, cafés, eateries and bars, bank, convenience store, drug store and post office, florist, liquor stores, salons, and various shops.

Ongoing Property Projects

No refunds or discounts will be provided for any maintenance project activity on the Midnight Cove properties, or nearby, as they are beyond LESSOR’S control.

Occasionally, the Midnight Cove Association, Inc. will be required to perform necessary maintenance projects on the property during various times of the year, as well as owners re-modelling their condos. Maintenance staff will do the best they can not to disturb the LESSEE(S) vacation; however there is no guarantee that maintenance will not be performed on the property during LESSEE(S) stay.

Waiver & Release of Liability

LESSOR does not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects however caused as a result of the use of the condo including the pool, tennis courts, or any other common area on the Midnight Cove properties.

The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization, and an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. Exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death.

Hand Washing: CDC guidelines explain the need for all to engage in frequent hand washing for the duration of at least 20 seconds and use of hand sanitizer. This should occur after any of the following activities: using the restroom, sneezing, touching the face, cleaning, smoking, eating, drinking, and accepting items from other people.

Hand Sanitizers
(not provided): Washing hands with soap and water is the preferable method. In situations where soap/water is not available, alcohol-based sanitizer is recommended. Hand sanitizer dispensers should include no less than 60% alcohol content, where available, and touchless where possible. It is recommended that you bring hand sanitizer with you, as it may be difficult to obtain in the area.

Personal Protective Equipment- PPE
(not provided): Follow CDC recommendations along with federal and local government regulations for instructions about when and how to wear PPE. It is recommended that you bring non-medical protective face masks, safety face shields, and protective gloves with you, as they may be difficult to obtain in the area.

Physical Distancing: As recommended by the CDC’s social distancing guidelines, guests should practice physical distancing by allowing at least 6 feet of separation from other groups of people not traveling with them, in the pool area, and on Crescent Beach.

  • By renting Midnight Cove #532, the LESSEE(S) and any guests, including but not limited to family members, relatives, friends, and visitors shall have no claim against the LESSOR for injury damages or loss sustained directly or indirectly, in or about the Midnight Cove #532 premises and the Midnight Cove properties, and voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury related to exposure to COVID-19 or any other viral pathogen in the future (including but not limited to personal injury, permanent disability, and death) illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that LESSEE(S), family members, relatives, friends, and visitors may experience or incur in connection with LESSEE(S) rental of Midnight Cove #532 and use of the guest amenities on the Midnight Cove properties.

    • The LESSEE(S) and any other person associated with the LESSEE(S) including but not limited to relatives, friends, and visitors shall have no claim for injury, damages or loss sustained directly or indirectly in or about the premises against the LESSOR for any act or omission of the LESSOR including but not limited to cleaner, maintenance person, handyman, save from that arising due to active and actionable negligence or willful misconduct.

    • The LESSOR cannot be held responsible for loss of mains services, or failure of appliances nor for the consequences of the actions taken in the vicinity of the property by any authority over which there is no control of. The LESSOR cannot be held responsible for any ongoing construction, alterations to existing homes, or any noise as a result thereof on or around the community. The LESSOR accepts no responsibility for, and shall not be liable in respect of loss, damage or delay which is caused by events outside the homeowner's control. For example adverse weather conditions, airport closures, war, terrorism, earthquakes, floods or strikes.

    • The property has swimming pools and the LESSOR does not accept any liability whatsoever for injury including death however caused, as a result of the use of the pools. There is no lifeguard and guests agree to use the pools at their own risk and not allow unsupervised children to use the pools. No diving, running or jumping is allowed in the pools and surrounding area.

Mechanical & Appliance Failure

No refunds or discounts will be provided for any maintenance issues that occur in the unit, or any maintenance project activity on the Midnight Cove properties, as they are beyond LESSOR’S control. Please report any deficiencies, damages or malfunction in the unit to the LESSOR as soon as possible.
  • LESSOR cannot guarantee against unforeseen failures such as the supply of electricity, water, pool and sauna equipment, heating, air conditioning, ceiling fans, telephone, TV’s, DVD/VCR, cable service or other appliances. However, unexpected breakdowns can occur at any time.

  • LESSOR will do everything possible to keep all equipment in satisfactory working condition; however it is impossible to guarantee that all appliances will be in working order 100% of the time. Any deficiencies will be corrected as soon as humanly possible. LESSOR will use best efforts to have the mechanical or appliance failures corrected as soon as possible, but cannot control the scheduling of outside service contractors. LESSOR shall have the right to arrange, inspect and make repairs during rental period at reasonable hours.

  • Occasionally, the Midnight Cove Association, Inc. will be required to perform necessary maintenance projects on the property during various times of the year. Maintenance staff will do the best they can not to disturb the LESSEE(S) vacation; however there is no guarantee maintenance will not be performed on the property during LESSEE(S) stay.

Travel Insurance
Recommended

We strongly advise and encourage guests to purchase travel insurance for protection in case they have to cancel their reservation due to an impending storm, hurricane warning, mandatory evacuation, or other unforeseen and unexpected events, as our cancellation policy is non-negotiable.
  • Travel insurance offers a comprehensive cancellation and interruptions policy which protects your rental property investment in the event of a cancellation due to a sudden emergency before or during your trip.

  • Travel insurance can be purchased through many different outlets on the internet, usually may be added up to 30 days prior to arrival, and is offered at a cost of approximately 8% of your total rental cost.

Lessee(s) Responsibilities

LESSEE(S) is expected to keep the property at an acceptable level of cleanliness that would be considered acceptable to an average person.
Future rental of Midnight Cove #532 will be denied if LESSEE(S) responsibilities are neglected.
  • LESSEE(S) are responsible for the cleaning of the unit during their stay, and for leaving the unit in good condition at check-out. If unit is found abnormally dirty at check-out, any additional charges from cleaning staff will be deducted from security deposit.

  • LESSEE(S) agree to report any damages that they find or cause immediately to the LESSOR.

  • LESSEE(S) assume complete responsibility for behavior and acts of self, of their children, guests, and visitors, and also assumes full responsibility for loss of any kind to the property during the period of occupancy.

  • The property is located in a residential neighborhood, and is not suitable to stage loud parties. Should LESSEE(S) behavior necessitate eviction, including a complaint of noise or any other violation, all prepaid rents and deposits shall be considered earned.

Property Security

To prevent theft or vandalism of the owner’s private property and contents, LESSEE(S) is required to lock the unit doors and windows when it is unoccupied, leaving the property in a secure and orderly condition, and keep the keys in their possession.
Do not leave the front door unlocked for ease of access by family members at the pool or the beach.
  • LESSEE(S) will be held financially responsible if any theft or vandalism occurs in the case of leaving the unit unsecured or if LESSEE(S) vandalizes, steal or damages any portion of the unit, its contents and the Midnight Cove buildings and grounds.

  • LESSEE(S) assumes responsibility for loss or theft of personal property while staying at Midnight Cove Condominiums.

  • LESSEE(S) agrees to indemnify and hold and save LESSOR free and harmless from any and all losses, damages or injuries to person or property, or claims, actions, obligations, liabilities, costs, interests, expenses and fees by reason of any cause whatsoever when LESSOR is carrying out the provisions of the Agreement.

Telephone

There is no long distance service on the unit phone number.
  • LESSEE(S) may use the telephone for local calls at no charge.

  • Long distance calls and operator assistance charges must be put on LESSEE(S) credit card or reversed. Any telephone charges made to the unit phone number will be deducted from LESSEE(S) security deposit.

What’s Included in Your Reservation?

There are no extra or hidden charges of any kind.

Rental Rates include all applicable taxes, parking, utilities (electricity, water, and cable TV), local telephone service, beds made with fresh linens upon arrival, towels, and rental office reservation set up fees.

USD $105 is charged per reservation for a departure cleaning.

What’s Not Included in Your Reservation?

Travel, car rental, daily maid service, food, entertainment, insurance, golf green fees, long distance telephone service, and other expenditures of a personal nature.

What You Should Bring?

Midnight Cove #532 is equipped with a standard inventory including bath towels, bed linens, cookware, dishes and kitchen utensils. You will need to provide for the following items, as they are not included in the standard inventory:
  • Aluminum, plastic wrap, and zip lock bags

  • Bath Soap (upon arrival, one small bar is provided in each bathroom)

  • Beach towels

  • Cleaning supplies

  • Fishing equipment

  • Garbage bags (upon arrival, one is provided in garbage pail)

  • Hair dryer

  • Hand sanitizers

  • Kitchen staples and condiments

  • Liquid and dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent

  • Paper towels and napkins

  • Personal protective equipment (PPE)

  • Swim masks and snorkeling gear

  • Tennis racquets and balls

  • Toilet paper (upon arrival, one roll is provided in each bathroom)

Comcast Xfinity T.V. Digital Starter package is provided through Midnight Cove Association, Inc.

Wi-Fi

No Internet access is provided to guests staying in Midnight Cove #532, nor is the complimentary Midnight Cove WiFi access available from in the unit, and no technical support is provided for guests’ computers.

Complimentary Midnight Cove WiFi access is available to guests in the pool areas and clubhouse only.
